I have just received a phone survey organised by RedBridge Group around Australia Day and changing the date to acknowledge Indigenous and Aboriginal history. Unfortunately, for such a significant and important topic, the survey was quite poorly constructed. The audio selections were really hard to understand, and the numbers along with their corresponding answers were read way too quickly – this made it extremely difficult for me to be confident that the number I was selecting, was my desired response. This survey should have been treated as an online survey and NOT a phone survey. I would have liked more time to consider each question and to be confident in my selections.

This company is completely unethical and uses bias survey designs to manipulate ‘data’ for unethical companies. They are not following marketing standard practice which they use as an excuse. Only bad companies would use them!

Received an automated call regarding charity giving. Selection were limited. Survey could have been better if i was speaking to someone over the phone rather than selecting options
