They were horrible today I got my nails done they took over 2 hours to do my nails I asked for a simple ombré and that couldn’t even do that they were horrible at customer service and changed me seventy five dollars to get the wrong colour and shape on the same day at night so at least 6 hours later I went to pick up my mobile phone and one of them broke they we’re overall a terrible experience

Love my new nails. The technician was great at checking in throughout the process to see if I was happy with shape and colour. Great service.

Had mine and my mums nails done here today , I can’t remember the girls names but they did a fantastic job, exactly how we wanted and asked for and I couldn’t be more in love with how good our nails look! Couldn’t recommend more if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely amazing work guys :)

I went in to get my nails done a while ago and found that they didn't have a wide colour choice. Although I decided to give them another go the other day because they are close to home and I was in a rush. I got shalac on my nails and a day later the shalac started chipping, I didn't have time to go back that day so I returned 2 days later to get it fixed. They informed me that it would be an hour wait even though the store only had 1 other customer. I booked in with them and said I would be back in 2 hours I just needed to go shopping. When I returned to southlands I had 20 minutes until my appointment so I went to go shopping in the discount store next door as I needed to grab some things. When I walked into the store I heard the lady scream out to my friend who I was with saying is she going to hurry up and come in" (referring to me). So I went back into the store and they made me sit and wait for about 5 minutes even though I had told them the number of the colour I had on. They didn't inform me that they would charge me $3 for fixing the chip even though it was the nail technician who didn't paint it properly. Then they argued that the minimum for card is $20 even though I stated I don't carry cash and the money is on my phone before proceedingto let me pay with card. I read so many bad reviews from here before but didn't think anything of it. Do not recommend this place

i had a broken nail and asked them to fix it, i asked for a coffin nail with silver sparkles she gave me a oval shape and gave me rainbow glitter i asked her to fix it and she refused to completely i got it done over 24 hours ago and my nail is sore and infected absolutely disgusting how they treat people and the way my nail got infected i doubt the clean there equipment and when i called the manager about it he refused to listen to me at all

I wouldn’t usually go to this salon, but I was at Southlands and noticed they were quiet so I popped in. Initially it seemed fine, but then I saw in the powder when she was doing my infills that there were clumps and lumps throughout. The lady kept completely wiping off the brush as she would go to apply it to my nail and it would have a lump in it. I asked her multiple times to even out the lengths of my nails, but she either didn’t understand or pretended not to. I noticed some hairs, bubbles and gaps on my nails at the end and she again either didn’t understand me or pretended not to. There were other staff who just shrugged and didn’t seemed bothered to help the issue. She also made me bleed in a number of spots on my cuticles, and burnt me a few times with the tool where they take the colour off. I’ll stick to Blue Lagoon at Glenmore Park, never an issue there.

I’m not a complainer however I’m Not at all impressed, was there nearly 2 hours just for tips and SNS on my nails, kept drilling and filing over my nails after I asked her not to due to already being thin and it’s my natural nail. Mentioned 4 times that the tip didn’t stick or the sns was lumpy and you could see where the tip started after the normal nail as she didn’t fill the nail bed first, I had to go home and clean, file to straight my nails my self and I have so much glue on and under my nails and the tips aren’t even straight as they bend when you see them from the top….. lesson learnt.

I went in to ask when they were free for a manicure and one of the manicurists looked at me weirdly. Then the other manicurist started talking in their language and I had no idea what was happening. None of the staff bothered to tell me anything and the clients were just staring at me. Very rude staff and not going back ever. I did go once and they almost stuffed up. Thought I’d give them another go. But don’t appreciate them being so rude. I don’t mind waiting or coming back another day if they are fully booked but I never got that response either. Very rude!

i got my lashes done, they charged $55 for infills and my lashes have fallen out on just one eye, in the first few hours i had 6 fall off. it’s not the first time they have fallen off so easily

Absolutely Disgraceful first time I went in with a design and the lady stuffed it up completely the wrong colours, I though ok that’s fine I won’t argue, asked if she could do a different design when I come back in, in 3 weeks for my infills showed her the design she said yes she can do that it will cost $50. Went back 3 weeks later booked for later that day as they where busy she said it was still $50 went in for my appointment and she is now going to charge me $100+ as she has to start again I asked why and she wouldn’t even talk to me went though all the other staff, I said to the other staff that’s fine I will just go else where he was lovely to bad for his work colleagues she was so rude will never recommend them to anyone
