First Call Home Services

After years of talking about getting a cleaner to make life easier...I took the plunge and now I'm kicking myself I didn't call First Call Home Services sooner! Jenny has been coming weekly for 5 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. All the jobs I was very good at putting off (kitchen cupboard doors, microwave, showers, skirting boards etc) are now done weekly! I LOVE Tuesdays now! Apart from being really lovely, Jenny is very efficient and professional. She does a fantastic job. Anita in the office replies really quickly to queries I have and is lovely too! Service is fantastic, with four kids and alot to do from both my partner and myself the extra cleaning helps us out. The service gives us a peice of mind allowing us to focus more on our kids development with 3 boys with ASD.

Great service. Really easy to arrange online. I could provide my rental agency's checklist ahead of time and they also took care of pest control and carpet cleaning. Moving is always so stressful and so I really appreciated the helpful and friendly service and cleaning staff who did a great job. Thanks First Call!

I have been using First Call Home Services for 2 years. They offer the utmost professional service, admin and cleaning staff always go above and beyond expectations, lots of feedback mechanisms at front line and management level and you have the peace of mind that the cleaning team come fully insured and reference checked. Highly recommend.

Aaron and the ladies in the office are lovely to deal with and will always contact you back if in the rare occasion you can't get a hold of them. They are also available after hours if needed.I also like the service confirmation.I have had 2 cleaners in the past 2yrs of using First Call and both have been lovely, reliable and trustworthy and their standard of cleaning is good.

I’ve been so happy with First Call Home Services. I’ve been using their services for a year now, and can’t fault it. Being an Ipswich resident, I wanted to use a local business. Our cleaner comes every fortnight, and after long stressful weeks, it’s just a relief to come home to a clean and fresh house. If I need to reschedule, there is never an issue. One happy customer !!!!

We booked in a bond clean to be done early Dec and paid $300 deposit. 10 days out we just received an email saying they have decided to no longer provide bond cleans and have cancelled our booking. They will be providing a refund on the deposit but I feel they should honor the booking they made already, and just not take new bookings. Badly handled and very unprofessional. Could have at least called us about this instead of sending an email, that I might not have seen.

Had my house cleaned by Nicole from First Call Home Services prior to hosting a wedding.Sparkling result - especially the bathroom.Nicole was friendly, professional and efficient.Had booked 4 hours. But only 3 1/2 was required. So that was all I was billed for.Very pleased and will definitely use First Call Home Services again.Thank you.

Suzanne came to clean our house yesterday & we are so happy, she did a fantastic job, very thorough. We strongly recommend First Call Home Services. We have an investment home which was left in a terrible state by the the people vacating the premises, we called First Call Home Services" who responded in just one day with two excellent people
