I've noticed the quality slip in recent times and I've found out why.They still slap Australian flags on their mowers yet have been very quiet about being bought out by the Chinese company Topsun Industries and having their production relocated there.Cox Mowers are a Chinese owned and manufactured company yet are subtly fooling customers into thinking they are still Australian owned and manufactured.

From a huge champion of Greenfield Mowers: Recently purchased a demo-model Greenfield from the Cox Salisbury QLD site (only 8hrs on the clock) only to be extremely frustrated & disappointed with the machine. Have had endless issues and the service department seems clueless as to how to fix said issues when the machine is brought in repeatedly under warranty. As a small business owner trying to get on their feet, it has been an exhausting experience thus far.

I have used and owned many COX mowers over my years and i have been impressed every time! They have to be the strongest mower on the market and love the fact that they are Australian Manufactured.
