The best Fruit Mince Tarts anywhere! I am from Sydney, but always visit this bakery when in the Lithgow Area. The bread is excellent, the owner friendly & helpful, but the mince tarts really are next level. A very generous amount of filling, lovely & tart, with a great shortcrust pastry. I buy the tarts a dozen at a time & freeze some...they are just as good thawed at room temperature.
