Upon arrival, the staff have been brilliant. The food is devine. Have been made welcome, as if we were locals.

Not much of a variety on the mains menu, average meals, over priced, kids waited almost an hour for their food, waitress came back 4 times to check what meals were yet to come out as the kitchen staff had told them they had already been taken out, very disappointing, will not be returning

Very pleased with Eye Fillet takeaway. Ballarat should be proud of having such class act restaurants.The mushroom sauce: 5 star.Steak cooking: 5 starChips: 6 star for not being too oily.Vegetables: 5 starFreshness and presentation: 5 S T A R S!

The waitress was awesome. The service was good I ordered the pork belly. The veg and gravy where so nice but the meat no crackel the fat wasn't cook could chew it was so disappointed. Management was not interested in my disappointed in the meat. Will not go back.

Very generous serves that refilled us after a day of exploring around town. While they had a sign saying they were understaffed it was pretty difficult to tell. After ordering at the bar the food was delivered in a timely manner by friendly staff. Even later as it got busier this didn’t seem to effect them / food delivery times. I did order a cocktail and it took a little longer to arrive but was delicious and was worth the wait.

Rude! Stayed at adjoining motel who had City Oval menu in welcome book. We rang to order a pizza but were told no pizzas tonight as we have Mick Malthouse here tonight"

Still staying here.Very clean, elegant & sophisticated hotel with lots of technology in use.Comfortable to stay and beautiful views to wake up to. Amazing quality of toiletries.So central & easy to get to most places.Many restaurants within minutes from the hotel.

We came as a group of 16 they were able accommodate us in a quiet area of the pub. Staff were friendly and food was bought out quickly after it was ordered. I found the food a little pricey for the quality.

We ate here for the first time in many years. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Pork belly, I had the Calamari and our 5yr old had the kids steak. Absolute perfection. Thanks so much. Will definitely dine in again.
