My 2016 VF commodore was due for a service in September and I received an e-mail reminder, I completely overlooked this until yesterday, this is all my fault, so I rang motors to book in and was told that my capped price had expired and that I would have to pay $440, basically twice as much, I said to the lady that there is no way I’m paying that much for a service and was told that unfortunately it is what it is. I said not to worry about it and that I would take my car elsewhere to get it serviced, and the reply was “ok then”.Great understanding and customer service motors, clearly you are not interested in the ongoing services of my vehicle. I rang other service agents and can get my car serviced for around $180. As it was a brand new vehicle I would rather have it serviced by a Holden agent but it appears they don’t need my custom.

After my wife developed a bit of a issue in my car which required a instant trip to Motors to be rectified. The issue (a blown radiator) wasn't going to be a quick fix. But Motors (even though from all reports, were absolutely booked out and flat out) had the vehicle fixed within 24 hours. To top it off, they also gave her a vehicle whilst the other was getting repaired.We would like to thank all the team for the selfless and stress free fix that was experienced. Went above and beyond.

Brought my Captiva from Motors 18 months ago. Very happy with the car. The service department at Motors is awesome. I’ve dealt with Dennis on quite a few occasions and he is extremely professional and helpful. Absolutely awesome service. Highly recommended.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Have an ongoing defective airbag warranty issue that still hasn't been fixed after 2 years. Won't fix, replace or refund. Buyer beware, do not shop here for a new vehicle as the after-care is non existent.

Passenger side Air bag replacement. No car supplied while airbag being replaced. 10.20 am to 3.30pm time. Driving for two hour to launceston also no knowing launceston made it difficult for us. Car finished at 2pm was a bonus. Also car was washed. Thank you

The initial sales experience was good .....HOWEVER we were not informed prior to purchase that the vehicle was fitted with a faulty TAKATA airbag inflater in the driver side airbag (steering wheel ). We only became aware of this the following day when we couldn’t get the bonnet to fasten down. When looking in the handbook index to solve the problem we found a warning sticker about the airbag, stuck inside the back cover behind two blank pages.When querieing this with the service manager , he was surprised that we had not been informed of this before we purchased the vehicle.Having now seen the 60 minutes program on Channel 9 about TAKATA we now realise just how dangerous the situation is.We can’t find any information regarding when the airbag will be replaced , but according to the 60 minutes program , it will be replaced with the exact same unit but containing a temporary retardant which will need replacing again.We intend to request the return of our Volkswagen trade in and our money back.
