Would NOT recommend going here for any alterations or dry cleaning. My dress was butchered. Horrendous customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

Had to add a gold braid to the sleeve of a suit coat. They did an excellent job!

Excellent dry cleaning and tailoring service. I have used both service several times and always been very happy with the result.

Always a great job

I had my dress shirt dry cleaned and my dress pants altered and hemmed. I had wonderful service on Thursday 23rd of March but today Friday 24th of March with a different lady not so much. The woman serving seemed to be in a rush. I get it, working in retail for over ten years I get the pressure and stresses of the job. But her rushed and abrupt responses made me feel as though I was imposing on her time. I wonder if her customer service manner would have changed if she knew I was getting clothes cleaned and altered for a funeral? Sadly, probably not. Yes we're all entitled to a bad day and to feel stressed and under the pump and no I don't expect people to be like robots and emotionless. What I do expect is for people in customer service like this lady to take the time and be polite and kind to the customers you serve (obviously within reason as I do not condone customers being rude to staff either) as at the end of the day you do not what the person is going through-in my case grieving the loss of a loved one. So do better. I wouldve given 5 stars if the customer service from today hadnt of made me felt like I was imposing on her time.

Good service, good price, job well done

Very efficient and good prices, Mika’s is quiet attractive and gives good friendly service . Also free car parking is always available.
