Over 5 hours to get my Hino Motorhomes serviced....no one offered me coffee...I have been here on a few occasions and I have not been happy, one of the main things is they do not use drop sheets or seat covers nor do they take their greasy boots off before going in hence I get black grease all over my carpet...it is not good enough that they come out to clean it, this should not happen in the first place.I have had services done at other HINO dealers throughout the country and never experienced such disrespect for my home, and have always been offered tea or coffee. Their spare parts are often the wrong ones and have to be returned and reordered....lesson learned...don’t go back....plus they now have a surcharge on credit card payment!!!I deal regularly with Marvin’s in Kempsey and they are great, plus they have a car for me to take and go shopping.Pacific Hino in Cairns couldn’t be more helpful and in both these places if I want to sit inside the MH I can.A BIG thumbs DOWN to Illawarra Hino

We found Adam and his team at 1 Rivulet Cres, Albion Park Rail, to be professional and friendly, and they also went above and beyond to help us out at short notice. Parto's Plumbing & Drainage would highly recommend.

Probably the worst experience buying a truck from this dealership. Beware once you have picked up the truck they will not care about you or your problems. They didn’t even check the major issue with the tray being mounted incorrectly. And when told they mentioned it’s not their problem…The side trim on the seat was temporarily held on till it just random fell off due to unbroken clips… the seat covers, apparently they must be hard to install also as they broken the clips on the bottom of them alsoGo elsewhere to buy your truck as these guys clearly just want the sales and won’t take care of any responsibilities after.
