This 5 star review is due to Daniel, in the panel division, and his professionalism, knowledge and reliability that I experienced in the last week. He was also a pleasure to deal with. I had previously dealt with this dealership in servicing and factory warranty claims and had a handful of appalling experiences that beggared belief. Dealing with Daniel has managed to restore my faith in this dealership. I didn't think it was possible. Thank you

I recently had some technical issues with my vehicle that required some extensive service on my car. I would like to personally commend the professional manner in which the service consultant Amit Sardhara handled the whole matter from start to finish. His knowledge of inner working of the vehicle and the type of work being done to ensure that I have a fully serviced and safe vehicle to drive was amazing. He not only kept me fully informed but was amazed by the level of customer service that was provided by him. It was a real pleasure dealing with staff of such caliber in your organization.

Dealt with Chris Chan from the Brighton office. All the while, I am not ready to go for the Ev or phev as yet and knowing that car supply is in shortage at that time, so I just try my luck there. Chris has taken the time to search for a car that suits and with luck he managed to find me a E350 petrol ver and he also willingly answered all the questions I asked.The whole buying process is quite smooth and he is willing to match the trade in pricing from another dealer ( after I showed him the proof) . Finally got the car I want . But it is Not 100% though, I still missed out the “ kick open” tailgate function, the car won’t auto lock and unlock when I go near it and also the Apple car play is not wireless , which I was not been told . Given that cars are in short of supply , I do accept that I will need to give and take. But overall, it is still a very good experience.

Bought an EQA250 Edition 1 in October 2022. Worst experience I have ever received. Interesting that I have not received any link to provide feedback. This has always been standard for my Vehicle purchases and servicing from other dealerships. In retrospect I am not surprised given the lack of organization and unprofessionalism of the Brighton MB dealership.1) Upon receiving my car after believing that I had paid everything and emailed them confirmation. I was asked to turn back around to be accused that I had not paid $20K. Upon showing my receipt again, Amanda their accounts team advised that I could not leave the premises until this was confirmed. Embarrassing and humiliating.2) Spare key received did not work. Informed the team and brought back the car. Had to take unpaid leave and travelled over an hour. When dissatisfaction was presented to one of the senior managers Shaun, received back a passive aggressive email to insinuating that I had lied and the key was fine all along and that I should enjoy my vehicle now. I had waited almost an hour at the dealership but the key was fine all along apparently.3) Corporate discount paperwork was received around about the time I paid for the deposits of the vehicle a year prior. Upon delivery Vivien had no idea what was going on with this and it took over 2 months after delivery with numerous follow ups to get my money4) Car was never reset before delivery for the car in October. Ended up getting a Service A notification on my dash after 2 months having the vehicle with less than 500km. Had to again drive all the way back to the dealership and waited 5 hours for this to be reset.I have provided my feedback to the dealership manager Geoff on the 11th of November but never received a response or apology.My experience with Mercedes Benz Brighton had been an absolute nightmare with numerous mistakes, oversights, unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.I am hoping that this experience never happens to anyone else and hoping that by reading this you will take your business elsewhere. The health professional community is a small community and I hope larger companies like this will come to understand this when they start to notice a sudden loss of prospective customers in the near future if they do not act on their short comings.EDIT: It’s the lack of acknowledgement for the frequency of issues through action that resulted in me wasting so much time fixing these issues. Shortcoming after shortcoming. I purchased a new vehicle and already had to deal with a 1 year wait time. Albeit this was out of your control, but all the things that were in your control were not done properly due to poor attention to detail and complete oversight from multiple different people within the team. It seems to be a widespread issue across MB Brighton.

I have been in twice on separate weekends and will never buy a car here. Shame I want a Merc.Not only was I not allowed to the test drive a car unless I was buying it, apparently enquiring about price on a car with no information sheet was also too hard.Unfortunately, I didn't want to go inside and sit down to talk details. Why would I if this car was not in my price range. Apparently, it's not procedure.I hate to say this, but would my husband have been treated the same way?

We recently had the pleasure of bringing our work vehicle into the auto body shop at MB Brighton where we were looked after by Daniel D'Oliveira , and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Not only was Daniel incredibly friendly and approachable, but he was also the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process.From the moment we walked in, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and well-informed about the repairs needed. He patiently listened to our concerns and addressed all of our questions with the utmost care and attention to detail.What really stood out to us was Daniel's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the van was not only fixed, but also we were looked after and happy. He was meticulous in his work, taking the time to address every small detail and making sure that we were completely satisfied with the end result.Overall, I have to say that Daniel is an absolute legend when it comes to customer service and professionalism.
