Went for fuel one evening and was told to pay in advance by the cashier over the loudspeaker...totally understandable as fuel theft has been a problem for many. So i went in and ask the cashier if the unused fuel would be credited back to my credit card or paid in cash since i dont know how much the total amount is... surprising the lady (not caucasian FYI) said Yea

Fuel is always cheap, pies are good but a little pricey which is due the quality I guess. New owner was friendly and happy to chat

Today we filled fuel about 2pm and we only had 1 mask. So I went in to pay and grab cold water. My arm locked up due to a seizure, and the lovely young lady behind the counter, wearing denims shorts, blue champion t shirt and mask. She came to my assistance immediately and helped me thru paying the bill to getting into my car. I failed to get her name, but you know who are. Thank you so much for your kindness and brilliant customer service!!

Great servo, the staff here are excellent. The only problem I have with it is those pushy purewax sales people they allow to set up every now and then. Please don't allow them to come anymore.

Easy access with tons of space for making the flow of traffic smooth. The Pies are delicious and this United is very clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Noticed a new addition yesterday too when I was refueling, they have trailers now! When it comes to fuel prices they have been regarded as one to watch for good deals and is competitive.

Horrible staff and the management. United is one the best brand and low fuel price everytime but these staff guys are a real mess. Doesn't understand English well, keeping up stale pies in evening and expired stuff in the shop. Had a stomach ache after eating pie and immediately went back to check. The staff checked and said sorry and took 7 pies out of the shelves. Not even apologized and asked me to contact manager for refund. Seriously!!! Don't know who is manager or franchise owner but they need to be referred to govt agency for urgent inspection. Disappointing!

Great prices for a servo and my friend really enjoyed the pie.Friendly service and well stocked.More difficult to see from the road but fuel is usually a better price than surrounding service stations.

Fuel? No problem. Food???Had my first and last Pie Face from this venue. Don't believe it was the outlets problem - it was all down to the Steak" pie I had. Pastry was fine. End of positives. $6 for a pastry case of runny gravy

Rude Front service. Arrived at 9:45 pm but All Hoseswere shut. Go into the store asking for fuel but she said we ready for closed. Ask reason why shut so early cause no enough sale no more 24hrs Fuel Available......

3 months ago would have given 5 out of 5. Now it has very quickly gone down hill. Male fulltime staff member so rude, food cold and dry wouldnt feed to my dog. When first opened and for 6 months was amazing, since staff change its god awful. Used to frequest 3 times a week, wont be back after 3 minths of poor service enough is enough. Hope whoever buys lifts its act as has major potential
