Disgusting prices. Profiteering of charity. I was shocked and won’t return.

A well-stocked little op shop with friendly staff.I am a regular op-shopper who has visited this store often in the past. However the prices seemed excessive, now making it the dearest one I know. One roll of wrapping paper had the original shop price of $2.50 still visible, but with a Vinnie's tag of $3! We were able to buy brand new clothing down the street for less than some of the clothing here.I wondered if it would not be better to have lower prices and a greater turnover in order to help more people in need, including your customers.

Nice shop and good range of items but prices are crazy expensive, lots of items i liked but walked out with nothing. Understand for charity still has to be affordable

I would like to express how upset I am with Vinnie's Moruya. Their new store manager has marked up all the prices on items making clothing expensive in a low socioeconomic suburb. Winter jackets were priced from anywhere between $25-50. If it was poor quality, you were looking at spending $10-12 on an item. When I questioned the prices I was told they were a brand so need to be charged more as they are feeding the poor! Whatever happened to clothing the poor? Whatever happened to charity? This is obviously a money-driven business that will only suffer in the long run. Its unfortunate the people also suffer from not getting reasonably priced clothing from an op shop when they are doing it tough.

They have some great items of good quality, however the prices are prohibitive. Almost everything in the store was overpriced in comparison to other op shops. Some items are priced over retail price. Would love to shop here again if the prices are adjusted to reflect the going rate of op shops.

Such a shame that the prices are so high! Many families depend on charity shops to get basic clothes and needs for their kids and this Vinnies takes that away from low income people.

Most products priced FULL retail, when discussing prices with manager was told that he is trying to maximise profits and all prices are fair compared to EBAY. His attitude stinks.Zero stars.

Can I firstly say, that the staff are wonderful, helpful & always cheerful & the store is always immaculate & well merchandised.I would like to know at what point did an Op Shop cease to be an Op shop & become almost a full retail store, the prices are so over the top & in many cases you can buy a brand new, same brand shirt on sale for the same price!, $15 for a shirt that has a yellow worn collar no matter what the brand is unacceptable, a men's used jacket & not in great condition $50, neck ties that were $3 are now ticketed with Ties starting at $5 EA unless marked otherwise" all of them were $8 including terrible polyester ties that were in awful condition

The prices were not even competitive with Kmart or the like! Disappointing when profit is the only focus, not the support of the community.
