Bespoke Outdoor (Eclipse) installed an opening roof pergola and gutter guard at my house and I was impressed by the professionalism of the workers who attended the site. The installation was done quickly and accurately and the site was left spotless after they had left. I would recommend them as a value for money professional company.

The installation of our Eclipse Louvre Roof by Bespoke has made a huge improvement to our backyard. All the staff have been friendly and helpful over the process, but our whole backyard renovation (all overseen by BeSpoke) took much longer than originally anticipated which was frustrating and disappointing. Much of this was due to COVID delays, but it did end up 5 months over the initial discussed timeline. The louvre roof itself was completed only slightly late, so this part of the process wasn't too bad, and the roof itself looks good and works as planned to cover a lovely new outdoor area now that it is complete. The price was comparable to other quotes we had, and it was good to have a company that could cover all the angles we needed to transform our backyard area into much more useable and attractive space.

A good experience with a professional company & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We couldn’t quite envisage how the louvre shade would work or look over our wisteria & attached to the exiting steel frame & house but it has exceeded our expectations. Aesthetically it works with the look of the house & practically, lets in plenty of light whilst protecting the back north facing living area from the elements.

Beware Beware Beware!! . This group (also known as Eclipse shade Systems) is in my opinion, nothing short of hopeless. I ordered 3 louvre panels and paid deposits well in advance of a desired installation date based the advices received from them with regards lead times to powder coating etc. I am still waiting for them to finish the job. Their communication throughout the job was particularly poor, with me having to chase them for information given the foreman who is also a director, doesn’t return your calls. Their first progress claim for 10k of a total of about 28k was made after they had spent 1/2 a day installing the gutters on 2 of the units and this claim was made without any other materials on site. This I refused to pay.The units were eventually installed with second hand screws of various colours, 15 of which were missing the rubber grommet so to prevent leaks. The units subsequently leaked on account of the missing grommets and that they had not sealed the perimeter of units with silicon correctly. So I got up on my roof in the pouring rain and sealed them as they should have. I subsequently now have to re flush and repaint the ceilings beneath the units. Last night I discovered that the rain sensor installed doesn’t work!! Why am I surprised.One thing they have been good at though, is returning to fix their shoddy work, this they have had much practice at I think.Deal with others, I have been building for 30years and this is the worst organisation I have ever dealt with.

the service is excellent, the installation first class. Other brands did not follow up or give the correct advice re orientation of the blades to the sun. I am so happy with the quality and service. thanks you

It is not often you get to compare companies when building. We had contracted another company who started a louvered veranda for us. From them we got eight months of stress. After removal of a half completed substandard structure and refund, we discovered Bespoke Outdoor. From our first phone call this company has been professional, efficient and respectful. They communicate well at every step. When construction started, work was completed efficiently, the quality of product and workmanship far exceeds the initial company we dealt with. We didn't feel we were living on a construction site, everything was always clean and tidy. We are totally pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Bespoke and highly recommend for a good quality job. Thank you for making this build so easy.
