Minoos Laser & Beauty Studio is great! I have a been a client for a few months now and have always found the staff to be professional, friendly and flexible. So wonderful to find such a high level of expertise and customer service in the city. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. All therapists at the studio are knowledgeable and gracious and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is always lovely to walk in and be treated to smiling faces and leave feeling happy and relaxed

I've had 4 laser hair removal treatments so far at Minoo's and I feel qualified to say the results are amazing! I've had laser years ago and all of that hair grew back like normal and I barely saw any reduction overall. Since starting at Minoo's I've noticed massive changes already and my hair didn't even grow back in between my last session!The staff are warm, friendly and attentive and I always look forward to having a chat while my hair is getting zapped away. I'm so happy with the results so far and I can't wait to continue with other areas of my body.If you're looking for laser treatment I highly recommend the professional team and results at Minoo's.

Very sad to find out that there has been a change of ownership. I had been going to Minoo's for a few years to get all sorts of treatments. I went back for laser hair removal a while ago under the new owner and had burn patches from the machine and the laser job was patchy!! Will not be going back.

I only write reviews for those places that are worth it, and Minoo's Laser is one of them! Pouneh and Claire are amazing, and the quality of the service is like no other. I've tried 'cheaper' but more commercially-oriented laser clinics and the quality of the service AND results does not compare. I highly recommend Minoo's if you want effective results for your laser treatment and your skin to be well taken care of :)

I visited Minoo’s laser & beauty studio in Nov 2019 looking for an answer for my constant congested skin. It’s been one year being a frequent customer and my skin has never looked better since I hit my puberty! Pouneh and Claire are such charming, caring and experienced skin fairies that transformed my troublesome skin to a healthy and balanced canvas. I had acid peels, skin needling, and an at-home skincare regimen designed by the wonderful aestheticians targeting my skin concerns. I cannot express how much I love this place and I always recommend Minoo’s team to everyone I know.

I tried a number of treatments elsewhere with little success when I came across Minoo’s Laser and Beauty Studio.The staff are welcoming, knowledgable and dedicated to exceptional results. I am always made to feel incredibly valued and each treatment is tailored to my skin on a session by session basis. They even take the time to call me in between treatments to check how my skin has responded and make recommendations.The quality of my skin has improved dramatically after my four sessions.I love every visit I make to Minoo’s and I highly recommend them.

It has been over a year since I have started my treatments at Minoo's Laser and Beauty Studio. I've been a client of Minoo's laser for at least 8 years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.I had laser more than six years ago and the results are amazing! The technology they use is the gold standard in the industry and whilst friends have been burnt or had treatment.. after treatment.. after treatment with minimal results, I always felt safe and was hair free after less than 6 sessions!!I'm currently undergoing skin needling in preparation for my wedding and after only 4 sessions it has drastically reduced my fine lines and pigmentation!!My mother, sister and partner are all clients as well. My mother had truly amazing results using IPL for sun damage, scarring and wrinkles. My sister has had treatment for her pigmentation as well as a variety of peels. She had severe acne as a teenager and has extremely sensitive skin and the team at Minoo's have always treated her with the compassion and expertise that she needs. My partner was reluctant to go at first, but after his complimentary skin analysis, he's become a regular client and his skin has never looked better.I would recommend Minoo's to absolutely everybody, they are unlike any other clinic in Melbourne, they believe in honesty and their priority is always what is best for the client!!!

The standout factor for me is that the team provide fantastic service, its consistent and all of the staff want you to get great results. I love the range of products and treatments available and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. The studio has a lovely feel to it, it's relaxing and enjoyable to visit.
