A Tenants Perspective: The team at Rental HQ always looked after my families needs. They responded to email, I was always able to get someone on the phone and were always (for some reason) happy to hear from me.If I was a landlord I would be confident that they were treating my tenants well and with respect. Well done the guys and thanks for being the best agency I've dealt with.

Could not recommend Rental HQ enough!! Sue, Kiana & Marina were great, I would absolutely rent through them again, they went above & beyond with their customer service & were extremely easy to deal with. It was a smooth end to my tenancy, couldn't thank these girls enough! If I were a Landlord I would use this company!! 10/10 if I could!

Tony is a very reliable property manager. Highly recommended!We had so much issues with last rental agent and since we have changed to rental HQ calamvlae with Tony. Everything is so good so far. He also so helpful and fix the problems straight away. We are so happy that we have Tony Li to help us manage the properties now :)

Would not recommend property owners to use their service to manage your properties. Their BDM and property manager appeared to be really nice at the beginning to get your business, once you are in, they didn't work in your best interest but the tenants.I am very disappointed with how they managed our properties. Tenants left our property in a bad condition and Belle let them get away with it.Just watch out and I hope you don't experience the same as we did.

Greatly appreciated the support and help of the Calamvale Rental HQ team earlier this year.A significant amount of damage was done to our investment rental property. This was a new “experience” for us!!!The team basically held our hand throughout and provided sound advice at all stages including directly dealing with the insurance claims. Fixing up the property during COVID 19 took time and effort, but once ready they quickly secured a new tenant in record time.Thanks guys.

Rented a property through Rental HQ for 18 months and after having nothing but bad experiences with real estate agents renting they restored my faith that there are good real estate agencies to deal with. They were great with communication, attending to repairs and any other matters. Would highly recommend them.
