I always get my service from raj and she is amazing. She always do my brows and never let any hair get out of place. She is so kind that while doing my brows she keeps on talking to me about other things so I don’t feel the pain of hair getting pulled out from my skin. I had been coming here for 2.5 years and it was alright; my eyebrows were fine despite they ruined a coat by letting wax fall on it.Went there this week and I got the worst freaking eyebrow shape ever. Never coming back.God knows how long my eyebrows will grow enough hair to return to normal.

I had a really bad , scary experience today . I have been there many times in 2 years now but today the lady who served me is many be Priyanka(can’t recall her name, she closed the store) in City cross had ruined my left eyebrow , she has totally left a big gap which is purely visible . She did this big mistake and tells me everything is okay . Are u kidding me ? It’s not okay . It’s very scary experience for the customer to have the eyebrow mowed , I go there for shaping not eyebrow mowings . When I panicked and got upset she says sorry but isn’t actually sorry still said everything is okay we can fix with color . Don’t know how long it will take to regrow hair in that area . She doesn’t feels sorry and charge me as normal . After I mentioned aren’t you sorry for your mistake ? She offers me 2$ discount and thinks that will refurbish my heart ache . I’m really hurt and shocked and scared now , my eyebrows looks so empty and awkward. Remember guys it’s not about money it’s about customer service . Because people lose trust this way . Hope for better customer service in future .

I have my brow threading & tinting done here. The girls are extremely professional & always listen to my needs (as an older woman who is greying).They blend the perfect colours & make sure everything looks perfect before you leave.Thank you ladies - love visiting you x

I’m regular for eyebrows threading because Sandeep is the best but I went for facial last week and Raj really did a great job. This was an exceptional experience. I walked out feeling relaxed and detoxified. I felt calm and pampered. Such a beautiful therapist who is truly invested in the wellbeing of her clients

I will never go to another salon! Such a great team but I would highly recommend Priyanka for body waxing. She is a wonderful employee, friendly, highly skilled and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

I am really very happy with the service this shop provided me today. Raj (an employee there), she really have good hands in hair cutting and eyebrows threading. Also the price is quite customer friendly. All the staff working there are very helpful and friendly behaviour. I would suggest this is really a good shop for beauty and styling.
