Moreton Bay Food And Wine Festival

Absolutely loved it! We visited Friday night. Great bands playing and amazing atmosphere - full of happy vibes and people.

$30 Entry Fee for PENSIONERS!!!!! What a Rip Off!!!SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!On the Organiser's trying to make BIG Bucks, from the Elderly!!!I hope it is a White Elephant!out of the ESHAMESHAME

What a rip off!! 30.00 a head to get in the gate to be greeted by food truck alley!!! Not at all what we were expecting as we would have presumed that paying that sort of admission fee would give us some decent food and wine tasting with an emphasis on seafood, given the location. What a huge letdown. Won’t ever come again!!

Not sure what the entry price is for as everything inside is still overly priced as usual! Also, where are the extra bus services to get to and from? Left waiting 2 hours for a bus with kids - not cool.

An absolutely outstanding experience! Great food and beer, brilliant music in an incredible setting! What's not to like about that!?? Go there!!

What an incredible experience. Over 100 food vendors, live entertainment, celebrity chef demonstrations and so much more. Due to the location there is limited parking so leave your car at home and Uber it in.

What an amazing event!! We are so lucky to live where we do, and ONCE a year get the opportunity to come to an amazing festival like this. Can’t believe all the haters on here who didn’t even go to the event whinging about price and noise. The price is for the hundreds of hours gone into people organizing the event and all the demonstrations and vendors, and the noise is legit for 3 days a year - deal with it you entitled humans!!! We loved it, had a fantastic day and hope that they bring something more permanent to woody point waterfront like eat street markets! Can’t wait to come back next year!

What a fantastic event. Superb weather on the Saturday coupled with an enormous range of food and drink options and a spectacular location. Plenty of tastings offered by the manufacturers present. Lots of friendly people having a good time. Great music up and down the waterfront strip. None of it very loud, not sure how anyone anywhere could have a complaint. If I was to have any complaint it would be the 'contractor' signage for the more easterly entrance but patrons were allowed in there. That is where we came in as there was plenty of street parking a short distance away from that end of the park. It certainly could have been confusing for some. Overall an excellent event, seemingly well run and certainly well attended. Will be back next year!

Amazing event!! We had such a wonderful time with the family. Bring a picnic rug, a good appetite and your dancing shoes. I’ll be back next year

Obtrusively loud across the bay in Sandgate. The thumping bass vibrates through closed up house and is heard over personal music and playing a movie. Same issue in previous years. The organisers haven't had the manners to reply to neighbourhood concerns. Council says they've got special event conditions so noise restraints don't apply. Sadly the organisers are from further inland in the Moreton Bay Shire and probably don't care about the impacts on local residents to the festival who could otherwise be customers. Wouldn't pay to go for this reason.
