I found the manager to be a bit rude. He didn't seem to understand how a statutory declaration works or what it is and made a bit of a scene which was embarrassing. I would expect a person who is authorised to sign one to know what it is. Otherwise I have usually found the other staff very pleasant.

I just required standard forms which required verification of identity, and a photo. I found the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. The staff were so frosty, not helpful, and after taking my photo said she would discard the other three... I walked out shaking my head thinking, why is customer service so hard?

Rude, unhelpful and no idea about customer service. Worse yet. We can’t even request not to use this outlet for delivery’s.

Bought two sims here. The girl scanned the one sim twice, so we couldn’t activate the second since it wasn’t scanned. Finally got back a week later and they called to fix it up, but ended up cancelling the first sim. Honestly, this is very basic customer service gone wrong. We have limped around australia without mobile because of shear stupidity.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The man at the counter was so rude and made me cry. I wish there was a way to change where my parcels get delivered to because I never want to see that man again.

When I first walked in the older gentleman behind the counter was serving another customer and was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately he called in another staff member to assist me. I can see she is already talked about on here.Just wanted to apply for my WWCC. She instantly told me that it's impossible and the system was down since the morning. The older gentleman prompted her to check if it was back up (thank god cos it was) she did so while complaining about it being more work for her.She was extremely cold throughout the process and at one point started complaining about covid 'shutting everything down'. The older gentlemen then said that he understood how serious covid was because he had a family member who passed away from it, to which she responded Yeah but I'm talking about how everything was closed

Rude, rude, rude. Absolutely NO customer service.Came to collect my post today and was chastised publicly for not collecting my mail sooner..... when I politely replied that I had definitely been in numerous times since when I she was last accusing me of of collecting she was very argumentative back. She kept arguing with me to the point that another staff member calmly stepped in.I have since returned home and now have proof that I have been in on at least 3 occasions and was not given the mail that is now over 3 months old. Wish I could say she was just having a bad day but this is not the first time she has been VERY rude to me.

What consistently incredibly rude and unhelpful service here. Our neighbour has had to move back east temporarily for health reasons and we're trying to help by forwarding their mail on. Any 'missed parcel slips' are a nightmare trying to pick up at this post office. Even with copies of their driving licenses and others they don't even attempt to help someone else out. Luckily they're much better at Swanbourne post office where most of the packages end up getting left.

Got charged $69 to send a 200gram item of clothing to Japan. When I got home I looked online only to find it would have cost less than half that if they'd given me the option self packaging" rather than 2kg satchel which I was told was the only option. Australia Post are an absolute disgrace."
