Outback Clotheslines

I ordered the clothesline on Friday evening and it got installed on the Wednesday morning! Very quick and efficient service the installation was done quickly and professionally. My wife loves the new clothesline. The extra lower line is extremely useful to allow you to hang extra clothes. Overall I'm extremely happy with the purchase and glad we chose Outback Clothesline!

Monica helped me order a custom clothesline late last year which looks fantastic. It arrived from interstate and overnight during the busy holiday period. We are very happy with it as we were able to choose the length, colour and amount of lines on it. It's super sturdy and exactly what we were after.

Apologies for my tardy response.We are very pleased with our wall mounted clothesline.Your representatives were very helpful.We chose your clothesline because we only had a small space on our eastern wall and a narrow space between that wall and the side fence (less than 2 metres).However, there were a couple of issues which I explained at the time.Firstly, the Instructions were in tiny print and the diagrams were not clear or in enough detail to be of real assistance.Secondly, the arms which arrived had been incorrectly assembled which required us to reassemble after you explained what to do.As we were interstate customers (Victoria) we had to install the clothesline ourselves.A video would’ve been helpful. Finally, there were no instructions as to what height was ideal for the clothesline.I concede that people vary in height but there must be a formula.Perhaps these issues have since been addressed as you’d only just taken over, in which case you deserve praise.

Very happy with our wall mounted clothesline. Prompt delivery, and assembled/mounted by our handyman in 20 minutes. Quality looks good. They forgot to send our peg bag in the order so I emailed to request it. There was a rapid response and they sent one to us without question. Great service.

Great Product & Great Service! Cloth line i bought was really solid, stable and suitable for heavy duty drying work! Service was also great, owner was really patient and helpful when I was enquiry about the product before and after sales. Recommended for someone who is looking for a cloth line that can be used for years!

We've had our clothesline since 2017 and it's still going strong. We had a minor warranty issue and they were quick to resolve it straight away. A great local Australian company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Amazing service provided!! I needed to have a custom made size clothesline for my space at home, the customer service that was provided to me was spectacular. The lady over the phone was so helpful and walked me through ordering online & it was delivered to my door within 2days of ordering & this was the week before Christmas.
