Hit or missYou can get a very good therapist or someone who won't helpMy experience was a very positive one at least and it did benefit meThe staff were nice and very politeMy only complaint is putting lgbt banners everywhere for such a small minority of people who are actually lgbt. It makes a rational man sick and feel left out.Other than that its a 50/50 shot in getting the help you need. Thats all i can say.

therapist made me cry, and took literal joy in that. I could see them smile, while I was crying and feeling really vulnerable. they weren't empathetic, but rather similar to that of a bully. intrusive, and always asking questions to poke at you to bring you down.this was thru yess (youth enhanced support) service @ headspace.
