Little Lady Flowers and Gifts Shop

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday, when I returned home to put them in the vase a few of the petals were already falling off. By the next morning they were drooping and by nightfall almost half the flowers had died. Not bad for $80!

I came in to your business last Friday 12/5/23, and was extremely disappointed in your attitude towards my friends and I..I was there to support a close friend who had recently lost her dear brother. Her son had flowers delivered to her from your business. My friend was disappointed in the flowers as when they arrived, the flowers were mouldy. My friend asked for a replacement, asking for just one flower to be replaced and you basically told her NO as she had cut the flowers with scissors??. Which wasn't the case. It wasn't until another customer came in and saw how upset we all were that she offered to pay for it . Furthermore you completely ignored what I had to say..Was it because I have a disability and i was in a wheelchair??.You didn't acknowledge me at all, but had the audacity to laugh at me instead.. pathetic !!!!. You seem to ignore the reviews on Google but you can't ignore the ACCC and the anti discrimination commission when they get in contact with you.Absolutely disgusted in you and your employees.

Great flowers arrived in the morning on valentines, girlfriend loved them!

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday from overseas and the team at Little Lady Flowers were awesome, super responsive and delivered to my sisters door the same morning :0 The flowers themselves were huge, fresh and the most beautiful assortment of colours. Thanks heaps guys for making this day extra special.

The lady who I ordered from , was lovely.The flowers were delivered same day as requested and were exactly as shown in photos on their website .My son and wife love them .They are everlasting beauty ( natives )Thankyou

After sending consolation flowers after a passing in the family, to see the lack of quality that was received was extremely disappointing. Even more disappointing to hear the lack of ownership from the owners about the lack of quality that was delivered even more disappointing.

we are currently stuck overseas (covid) and could not get home to be with family when we lost a family member this week. Little Lady Flowers delivered flowers to our family within 3 hours, complete with our message to our family included. We are so grateful for the care and attention they paid to our order. We are customers for life!

Absolutely appalling how this company dealt with our messages & pics of a water logged rose & mouldy chrysanthemums in a bunch a friends son sent to his grieving Mum who had just lost her brother. Also tried phoning they did not answer when we used another phone they answered immediately & said that the grieving person had cut the rose head which has not happened why they would say such a nasty thing amazes me. Having dealt with flower deliveries in my past a florist would not argue the situation as they did. After driving to the florist with the flowers they refused to replacement 4 of them arguing with us really is this how they run a business never to be recommended very disappointed & angry .
