Perfect, the service, the product, everything! Phil and Bev went above and beyond for my custom engagement ring. From start to finish they kept in contact, they made the process really special. Great on price, couldn't recommend enough.

Visiting this store on a 2 day stop over in Ballina was one of the best experiances of my break, searching for gifts for my family I found two her in this beautifully presented store. The customer service was perfect ant the prices were reasonable. But here is the twist.... my 8yr old Son loved his Fossilised shark tooth necklace and my 12 yr old daughter was gifted with the cutest Koala earings. I highly recommend stopping in for a look.

Having visited the store many times over the last 2 years I have never found better quality and value. The owner Phil is a legend with his knowledge and passion for natural stones, minerals and jewellery. We sometimes drop in just to see his updated range and very rarely don’t come out without a beautiful purchase. We rate Red Earth the top shop in the state and will keep returning for a browse (and purchase of course). Good intro for the kids too.

Terribly rude female owner of this shop - customer attention was entirely based on appearance - when my partner and I walked into the shop she looked me up and down in distaste and treated my partner and I with such disdain that we were uncomfortable looking around the shop (I was wearing a skirt and a top in a beach town for reference).The owner made us feel so uncomfortable from the moment we walked into the shop, she wouldn’t help us look at the pieces and was so rude to us when answering our questions.We had stayed an extra night in town just to visit this shop from the great reviews and we were intending on buying multiple pieces - we were sorely disappointed by the customer service.Very unhappy and will not be recommending this shop to others.I would ask the owner not to judge or treat a customer by the way they dress in a beach town. I would also implore her to focus her time on customer service and to treat her customers with more care and respect.
