We built a new home with Amir Taefi of Sunstate homes as our builder. It has been an absolutely fantastic experience for us to build with such a professional and caring builder who takes pride in their top quality work. He kept the budget under control while delivering a top notch home. Most importantly, Amir and his crew work with us in consultation at every step, kept us informed and also advised us well at crucial decision points with all the years of their collective wisdom, to help us realise our dream home on time and on budget. Very highly recommended!!

After months of being messed around by a large project builders, one of my husband's work colleagues suggested we try Sunstate Homes. We had a steep block and Metricon was suggesting some ridiculous plans that just did not fit our block. We wanted a split level that took advantage of the slope and the rear views. They wanted us to cut the block with 2.5 meter retaining walls so that they could fit their house on it.We felt very comfortable right from the beginning with Sunstate. They advised us against leveling our block and instead showed us a couple of examples of homes they had built on sloping block. They looked like exactly what we wanted in the first place. They designed a new home for us based on their Como floor plan which eliminated all the retaining walls that was suggested by the other builder.The build process was without any problems and we had regular communication with the owner. Our house was built to budget and 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The quality is first class and cannot be faulted. We will definitely use them again. Very highly recommended

Sunstate Homes
This is our second home with Sunstate Homes and it's been good experiences on both occassions. Our second home which is being reviewed is privately designed. We had lots of specifications and Sunstate Homes was able to accomodate that in the design.It was easy to communicate with the company director regarding issues we had. Things don't always go perfectly when you are building but there was always room to correct mistakes.We were satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, even after moving in, we still had the chance to get the builder to fix anything that wasn't working. Overall great experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner is not an honest person. Then he states he hasn’t built for you. Would never do business with him

Sunstate Homes
We recently built a new home with Sunstate Homes in Red Hill. Our new home is beautiful and the construction process was enjoyable for us. Amir is so knowledgeable and approachable, and his team are very good at what they do. We had a budget that we needed to keep within, and the Sunstate Homes team were able to come up with a design which ticked all our boxes and worked within our budget. Amazing. Would recommend Sunstate Homes to anyone looking to build in Brisbane

I've just had a great meeting with Amir (the owner) - he's very kind and easy to deal with. The office is excellent and their room displaying types of materials and installations in their homes is very helpful. Those looking for a Brisbane Builder should definitely speak to the team here.

This is based on my experience with the sales person at The Village, Durack so I can't really comment on the building experience since we didn't even make it past the first visit.My partner and I are building at Rochedale Estates and looking for houses to build which took us to Durack as we wanted to see another display home. I was by myself one visit and came across Sunstate Homes which I've never heard of before this.The sales guy who was there at 4.30 pm on a Wednesday was absolutely rude and his attitude was definitely detrimental to the company. First of all, he disregarded my presence completely and even after my view of the display home he was very unwelcoming, there were no greetings, no introductions. And when I mentioned I was building at Rochedale, he said he knew rochedale very well and how is it that I haven't found a builder there? ( meaning he recommended other businesses over his own), I then gave him specs of our lot and what size we were thinking of building and he said We only build custom homes" ( even though there were so many building designs on the wall) and when I said I wasn't looking at custom homes with this being our first home

Our first build and Sunstate took us onto a journey which was bumpy at times but successful:). Step one was to design a custom home and agree plans. Then timelines were established. House was built during the Covid period, building materials shortages -common at that time. Sunstate (Amir & Mehdi and the team did a great work in securing all materials to start on time and continue in line with agreed timeline. We had a number of variations, which were actioned by the Sunstate team during the construction, which is appreciated. Post construction service is good. Overall, Sunstate Homes Team is reliable and committed to deliver projects on time and keep clients happy.

Not sure why people complain here. We also built with Sunstate Homes and they were awesome. No problems whatsoever. Very helpful, friendly and awesome quality of build. They build our home ahead of schedule and to our budget. See our full review on productreview web site. Much more helpful than these single line reviews which say nothing useful.
