We had the Fisherman's Feast for dinner and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It didn't take too long to arrive and it had the perfect combination of fried and grilled seafood. Best of all, it comes with a curry pot which taste sooo good to dip everything into! Also comes with chips and a salad to share. Highly recommended!

It was our Silver Wedding Anniversary so we had a couple of nights at Ramada Phillip Island and had a wonderful restaurant experience at Flametrees. We were firstly welcomed at the door by the Nepalese staff member who stayed back so she could greet us on this special night. We were then welcomed by the restaurant staff who had put a vase of native flowers only on our table. We were given complimentary red wine which was really good. The meal of an entree of calamari followed by butter chicken for me and the curry for my Husband. The meal was delicious. Honestly, the service was outstanding and the staff made our night very special.

My partner and I ate here for both breakfast and dinner and couldn’t fault the food, or environment. The kindness we had from our waiter was the best, and the parma & scotch fillet was punching with flavour. Would definitely come back again!

This was a surprise. Such high quality food for a restaurant hidden away from the town centre. We had lunch and ate the chicken burger and steak (special of the day). Both were extremely well prepared. Steak was soft and juicy. Burger was the best burger my husband has ever had. And the chips were crunchy but soft in the middle. Perfect actually.

Good and nice food on the menu. Warning seats may be limited and occasionally orders may be despatched not in the order in which it was purchased.Notwithstanding, would commend the staff for their handling of unexpected issues which may arise.

That restaurant is inside resort. I really feel sorry for the people who stay in that resort and have to it in that kind of restaurant. The service is 1. When we came no one paid attention to us. I took a menu by myself and started checking. We ordered fish and chips and chicken burger. Fish and chips were terrible with fish skin left. The burger was dry without any flavour. Don’t come to that restaurant for lunch and even think about staying in another resort.

Met a friend for a quick meal. The food was nicely prepared and very yummy. I had the arancini & seared broccoli as a side. I ordered a soda lime & bitters with no ice. The drink didn't come. They weren't busy and there were three or four Staff on. Half way through the meal I asked a Staff member to come over and someone indicated they wouldn't be long. No-one came. Near the end of the meal I tried again to no avail. After finishing my meal I got up and went to the desk and told them I had finished eating and still had no drink despite my attempts. I asked the young woman serving me whether she remembered what I'd ordered. She said yes. Finally, half an hour after ordering it, I received my drink - with ice (which I had not ordered). It was disappointing and I said that I shouldn't have to pay for it....and they didn't charge me. I don't know what was going on as they seemed on track making drinks for other patrons .. and my friend had hers during the meal...

I was very dubious when they didn't replace the butter knife" with a regular steak knife. But as I cut into the eye fillet I was amazed. My medium rare steak was succulent

Was good but menu items lacked a bit of quality and size.Schnitzel was the cheap processed type.Kids margarita pizza had sliced tomato which not many kids like.Chef did a great job with the food that they had on offer.

Down visiting family on the island and wanted to try out the restaurant. We rang late afternoon to book a table for 4 and despite the restaurant being nearly at capacity they kindly swapped a few things around to get us in that night.It was a very cold night but the fireplace made it inviting, warm & cozy.Friendly and happy staff provided great service.From their cocktails to their meals everything was perfect!Arancini balls were flavoursome and the calamari were fresh & melted in your mouth.Both steaks were cooked to perfection as per guests requests.Only side note was the menu listed on their website isn’t the exact current menu (was looking out for the chicken bao).We were very impressed with all the meals & will definitely be back.Thanks for the great service Flametrees team!
