Loved it, I had the 1 hour aromatherapy massage. I’ll be going again but I’ll book for longer.

This place deserves a 5 star rating. Amazing care and service from start to finish. Friendly staff, easy to book appointment, accepts private health insurance. they listened to what you are trying to achieve in the session, they provided you options and they discussed the procedure excellently which makes you feel really great and relaxed. Right amount of pressure just what we needed. We highly recommend this place. This is so far the best remedial massage we had in Waterloo.

Terrible! I booked online -I turned up at the correct time - they had no record of me even booking, or the payment made on PayPal! Then, after rescheduling to the next day due to their lack of record keeping, they cancelled it due to lack of staff. This place is a joke avoid at all costs - so many other places in Sydney that actually operate as a proper business!

Literally after a really long stressful day at work this saved my life! The staff were so friendly and really made sure that I was looked after! Pressure was perfect and all round would recommend and book again!

Quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The staff was rude and did not care. Staff were speaking with one another in separate rooms during the massage and went outside to answer phone calls. Therapist did not ask what oil I wanted nor the pressure. The hot shower I had at home before my massage felt better then this massage. So disappointed as I’ve recently moved to the area and was in search of a good massage spa to visit regularly.

My wife and I had a great experience today: awesome technique and very enjoyable remedial and relaxation massages. We will be back!To date I've been here about 15 times because it's very close to my house. I have been to different massages all over the country and all over the world. I give this a five star because on average they do a very good job. Every place tends to have one person that you can catch on a bad day, so don't believe any of the other reviews just come back and give it another shot. Also, it helps if you have clear communication going into the massage as to what you want, what pressure which areas to focus on. People tend to not speak up and then criticize them for not doing exactly what they want.I like extremely hard pressure which is actually more difficult for the massage therapist and some other people prefer just a light pressure.I would say on average it's harder to find a very hard pressure and deep tissue massage than it is to find a good light massage. Again it depends on your specific masseuse so if you find somebody you like just find out when they work and come back and rebook with them.

Went to this Massage place on the weekend. Was a great experience. I had some pain in my neck and the staff was able to relieve it straight away. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.
