Terrible! horrible customer service, i was yelled at over the phone. no consideration what-so-ever for elderly people and their capabilities. Expensive. Rude. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!! I booked everything myself in the end and got a much better deal. Nothing was done in the way of a refund because they refused and i quote it wasn't their fault". Save your time and money people. Either book it yourself
