The worst company I ever deal with. They tried to charge me 9 time more then the quoted price. Went their to pay the quote and get my Item was surprise they wanted $4500 in addition to quote they give for a job .

We changed from our regular freight forwarders to try these guys, our quoted price was changed after the transaction had started and then were charged exorbitant storage costs. Never again.

Not helpful at all, really hard to get any information out of them. Kept sending emails to get more info, had to deal with different people each time, wouldn't get back to me. After 15 emails, I gave up when realising that the person I talked to many times (as well as others) suggested to transport my container from Brisbane to Melbourne for shipping...she still hadn't realised I was in Brisbane...Then she realised her mistake when I told her...but still couldn't give any helpful information.
