Next Practice Albion - Medical Centre

Really helpful staff. This review wasn’t going to be 5 stars, but after speaking with the staff and having my issues dealt with in the most timely manner I am pleased to recommend this practice.

I love this place. The doctors are really good at what they do, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the app is user-friendly and makes booking appointments easy. My four year old is actually excited for doctors appointments because he enjoys it there!

Dr Malini Bose at Next Practice Albion is amazing! Best doctor I’ve ever had; caring, attentive and knowledgeable, with a genuine interest to help you and will always go out of her way to see you when you need and provide results as soon as possible. All of the clinic advocates are also lovely and very welcoming. I’ve finally found the right GP and practice!

Amazing doctor’s surgery! The GPs in this clinic have been so good. I have been a resident of Ascot, Hamilton and Clayfield areas for years (now live in Hendra) and its so great to see a modern GP near me. They had an appointment available today and the doctor spent time listening to me and made me feel so comfortable. The medical centre is on Level 1 (I used the lift) and as soon as you arrive you know you are somewhere special. Highly rated!

I've only been going there for a few months but Doctor Jonathan Day has changed my life for the better. Excellent service and very friendly service.

I have recently started going to Next Practice Albion and I can say nothing but great things. The service is professional and friendly and I have found them very easy to deal with. I was recently able to get my first Pfizer vaccination at very short notice and found the Clinic to be very accommodating with booking my second one. They also have an app which is very user friendly. Overall, 5 stars!

I have only ever had positive experiences at Next Practice Albion. I have seen a number of their male and female Doctors and every one of them has listened intently, explained my health condition and offered reasonable treatment solutions. I have also had my COVID vaccinations and flu shots there. They were administered by the GP and I was given great aftercare by their Nurses. It is great to find a good local GP that has onsite parking, pathology and allied health all in one place.

Dr Bower is great. He's genuine, knowledgable, and friendly. Appointments with him have always been a comfortable experience.The staff are all friendly and helpful, the clinic is nice, and parking is easy.I'd recommend this place to anybody searching for a new GP.

Lovely new and modern building, professional and friendly staff. Both doctor and nurse were great with my 4 year old. Doctor was very thorough with his checkup and seemed to cover all bases/ think outside the box. Also did not seem rushed, very good manner. Little kids play area too. No waiting times and easy to park.

I really like some (not all) of the doctors I have seen here - particularly Dr Chatfield (on leave) and Dr Bose. I would give 5 stars but it is so hard to get an appointment, unless booking far in advance. This is particularly an issue when trying to see a doctor for your baby or child urgently (ie next 24hrs) and the next available appointment is 3 days away, and with a doctor you’ve not seen before. We’ve often had to go to other GP practices to get an appointment sooner. The online booking system is also glitchy and you don’t seem to be able to book all doctors through the app (even ones you’ve seen many times before) and when you ring up to book, the phone either rings out or isn’t answered. We’ve also waited more days than reasonable for doctors to call back with basic blood test results (ie about 10 days, the results had been back for days but the doctor just didn’t call despite working in the meanwhile).
