Trusted this company with providing cooling products and services (both split and ducted). Split system was installed and working without dramas but when it came to ducted system we ended up with a disappointing result - poor airflow and dripping water from the outlets as well as temperature cooling only 2-4 degrees max(during cooler months!) Promised by Coral Coast Airconditioning that system will work well but when it didn’t - they simply said ‘that is how ducted aircon works in FNQ’. As aircon didn’t perform as promised - we didn’t pay the balance on the invoice asking Coral Coast to rectify the problem. Instead of fixing it - Coral Coast started proceedings in court for the balance of the money.Other aircon companies inspected and found that slimline unit was installed hence poor air flow/condensation/not cooling well.Do not recommend dealing with this company.

I've known Rik at Coral Coast Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for over 6 years now and every time I have a need to go into the office I found Rik and his team extremely helpful.
