I do recommend RAY WHITE to anyone that is looking for a house to rent / buy.This Real Estate Agency is the best in Murray Bridge, you will not find a better Real Estate Agency than this one. They have been able to help me out with my current house that I am in at the moment. I do have to move again, so currently I am under a different Real Estate Agency, but I have to move, so I want to go back to Ray White, because they do take your situation & try to make it alot easier to find a place for the right price.Like I said I would recommend this Real Estate Agency to anyone.

We feel let down by Richard as he said we had till Monday to put in our offer, only to see it go under offer early on the friday with no communication from him.

They advertise houses for sale that are under contract and don't reply to offers made, in fact I waited 6 days until I phoned the office, only to be told by young office clerk that they don't ever advertise as under offer or under contract in case it falls through. Strange that as most other agents do as a courtesy, so as not to waste buyers time driving out there from Adelaide. Obviously they just want names on their mailing lists and don't really give toss about potential buyers.

Renters beware!Disappointing experience with Ray White Murray Bridge. Daniela our property manager done a poor job with the in going condition report, almost the whole report had to be re done by us. We paid above the asking price and unfortunately did not feel the home met our expectations. Significant cleaning had to be done by us upon moving in.Half way into our tenancy the owner of the home switched agents, they were probably also less than satisfied with their home being managed by Ray White.

Good when renting with themShocking when you leave with your bond and the house youve rented for 7 years. Also everybody should of been allowed to apply for our house online or by office not pick who they want in there. It was never advertised for anyone who needed to apply or wanted too. So many people needing homes in this town and they had no chance. I've gone higher with our complaints.

Absolutely can not say a bad word about the lovely staff at Ray White Murray Bridge. First time renting through them after being with private landlords for the last few years and they have gone above and beyond to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. Even the littlest thing I have had a problem with they still sort it out straight away. So thank you to all the staff for absolutely everything you have done.
