I took my brand new car in recently for a puncture repair and my key fob was returned to me broken. They refused to take accountability for the break and spoke down to me in a rude, condescending manner. The bad reviews speak for themselves, and I would definitely not recommend this Bridgestone store. If I could give zero stars I would.

Extremely happy with the staff here! I had issues with trying to fit a new battery and my car wouldn't start a staff member came to me and jump started my car so I could drive it up to their shop they had my new battery in within 5mins. They were all happy to help and so professional will definitely be back, Thanks everyone yous are life savers!

Absolute legends! Been coming here for all my tire needs, never had an issue. Front counter guy did me a solid today and I couldn’t be happier with the services. 10/10 place lovely customer service.

Friendly bloke (all on his own whilst others were at lunch) put my spare tyre on for me - it was no trouble even though he had to keep stopping to answer the phone. Also gave advice about my puncture. Thank you so much for your help.

Once again I have had outstanding customer service from the guys at Bridgestone, they helped me with my problems every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Great service at a great price. And I highly recommend them.

NEVER GOING BACK - Very inconsiderate - Booked a week in advance, took time off work, showed up at my booked time & was told my tyres hadn't arrived yet - no phone call to tell me in advance & no apologies he just blamed it on the computer system and pretty much said deal with it - WORST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
