Staff were polite and helpful when I was purchasing. However, a mixer that I bought, which was certainly not cheap has not worked since being installed. At this point I have been without running water in my kitchen for a week. Not happy!

Went in for a mixer handle. The went above and beyond to find a suitable fitting handle that ended up fitting perfect. Old fashioned service the way it should be

Walked into the store, looked around. No staff in the showroom. Moved to where they could see me, the staff saw me from the room they were in, still didn't come to ask if we needed help. I did need help, I wanted to purchase taps for my ensuite, but instead I left. Pretty disappointing as far as sales staff goes.

Amazing customer service. These guys helped me out with two problems I’d been having, that had been quoted at costing over $1000 for a plumber to come out and fix. Fixed in a few minutes! Absolutely speechless. Thanks so much!
