After another supplier failed to quote within promised time I approached Robinsons for gas central heating, a radiant wood heater, a gas log fire, individual reverse cycle heating/cooling for the bedrooms, and two different types of canvas sun-blinds on my home's verandah. Their price and plan came in under the given time, service from day one was hands-on, completion efficient, faultless and always on time. I've had no problems with function or quality of any product since installation. I'd go only to Robinsons for all future needs - personnel I had contact with always went that extra mile. I cannot praise Julie, Tracey, Ken and Clinton highly enough - they're a TOP team .... and their price point was excellent.

Do not use this company for ANYTHING!. Con artists, empty promises and extremely unreliable. Local is usually best but not in this case. Look elsewhere

I would highly recommend the team at Robinsons in Castlemaine. The quality of the product and fitting was fabulous. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the process amazing. Definitely call the team at Robinsons for awnings and blinds in the Mount Alexander, Bendigo area.

The staff at Robinsons were very knowledgeable and helpful whilst in the showroom looking at different options, and then consulting in our home on our selections and colours. They always responded quickly with information and answers to questions, and were very flexible when we changed requirements after the initial quote. The ordering process was straightforward as was the professional installation. They were quick to return and sort out a minor issue after installation with no hassles at all. We are very happy with our Luxaflex Duette blinds. They look great, work well and are giving us an added barrier to the cold winter we've had this year! We'd definitely recommend Robinsons for your new curtains or blinds.

It distresses me to leave a poor review for a local business, however I am left with little other option after at least a year of trying to get issues with our heating rectified. Phone messages not returned. Text messages not returned. Promises not kept. We have been genuinely patient to have the issues resolved but Robinsons, and Clint in particular, has been totally unreliable. I would caution anyone that is considering using Robinsons for any service to look elsewhere.
