Web site is woeful was told a ball watch was on sale by Bunbury drove to Perth to be told it had been sold 2 weeks earlier.I see it’s still on sale 6 weeks later

I didn’t personally visit Smales as my partner was organising my beautiful engagement ring with Maddi! Thank you to Maddi at Smales, I am so beyond happy with my engagement ring, I can’t stop staring at it in the sunlight! So so happy!! So much love ❤️

What an amazing and lovely experience it was shopping for the perfect piece of jewelry. I cannot recommend Smales in Bunbury enough!

If you go there dress appropriately apparently shorts and t-shirt just gets you a turned up nose even though you would like a repair on a $1000 dollar watch won't return would rather drive to Mandurah

Maddison has been an exceptional help right from the moment my, now, husband stepped foot in Smales. Maddison spent so much time, put in so much effort and absolute dedication to make sure my engagement ring was a one-of-a-kind ring! Since this, she has helped us on numerous occasions finding the right pieces for us. We couldn’t speak more highly of Maddison and this is why we highly recommend her to friends, family and anyone who is looking for a special piece, needs to work within a budget or doesn’t even know where to start! I am just writing in regards to the other post that was put on by my husband about the way we ere dressed and treated, and the subsequent reply from the owners. it reminded me of the movie pretty woman where she walked into a boutique and was turned away because of the way she looks. I was speaking to the family about the way we were treated and it turns out that we are not the only ones that have been treated in this way, Note to the owners, we are not poor, we dress for comfort in this warm country, first impressions count and none of the family will ever return, so there is no point in trying to rectify the situation. We walked a few feet down the road and were welcomed with open arms and treated as though we mattered

A few years back, Smales had a worker who arranged for me to recieve my dream engagement ring. The Hearts on Fire ring I wanted was out of our price range but the worker made a few adjustments to things so I got the ring I had my heart set on. I am also able to walk in and they shine my ring and do not charge. I think the worker's name is Jess.

Rude staff, made us feel very uncomfortable. Spent a lot of money down the street rather than be treated like this, give them a big miss all, spend your hard earned money elsewhere, how this mob stay in business? I do not know, scan the reviews they say much, lots of unhappy customers!
