Sam is such a polite and honest mechanic who always takes the time to explain the work he has done to the vehicle. I’ve been taking my car to New Era for 2 years now, and each time I drive away even more impressed with the service Sam provides. It’s a five star service and Sam’s a five star bloke to match! I highly recommend New Era Automotive!

Had my car seat fitted by Sam and can honestly say I have not met a more trustworthy and friendly mechanic. He was more than happy to take his time to talk me through everything I needed to know and had endless knowledge on every question I had, can tell he really cares about every aspect of his work. Will be going back to Sam in future for anything my car needs.

Sam at New Era has gone out of his way time and time again to give me fair pricing for high quality work. I have had quotes of almost double then what he charges. He is transparent and upfront about the job and wont string you along!I cant recommend him enough, my kids and kids kids will be using him.

Sam was super professional and had my car fixed in no time. Price was extremely competitive and there didn't seem to be any extra charges on the bill. he was also able to find a mirror for me in no time. I will certainly be back.

My family have been long time customers of New Era, both with Rob and now Sam. I wouldn't recommend another mechanic in the very saturated Brookvale/lower Northern Beaches area other than Sam. He is always friendly, timely, honest, incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Does not fit the standard" mould of the mechanic who will just give an invoice with a list of problems and a price-tag. He will always provide a thorough review and explanation of what needs doing

Hi - Sam has successfully taken over the business from Rob, who serviced all our vehicles for many, many years. Sam's been fantastic with his awareness of our vehicles, our prior history and his professional approach to maintaining a high level of service to me, and I assume all of his customers. Sam offers me a great service, for which I'm grateful. His advice is great, but importantly, my vehicles return properly serviced, safe, clean and with up to date records. Thank you Sam for all your hard work work on our Suburu Forester xt Turbo. Sam is professional, friendly, answers all your questions and charges reasonably. We had a major major oil leak problem and he saved us a lot of money as the leaks were in very difficult spots to access. We also had new timing belt put in as it was coming due and had to be removed to fix the oil leaks anyway. And it's all gone great!! Thank you Sam. Highly recommend New Era automotive you won't be disappointed.
