When I bought my items I was not told if I joined their club I would get a discount that was available on most of my items. Only after inquiring about the incorrect prices on my receipt was I told about the free club membership. I was not offered a apology or correction. Very disappointing first time visit a possible last.

Customer service at this store has always been poor. Staff have poor levels of energy for customers and take so long to assist customers. I have gone to this store numerous times and find that it is easier to find things myself. Staff are lazy and will lie that they don't have a product if they couldn't be bothered. I called the store today and the lazy employee (Max) transfered me to parts at the back of the store because they would be closer". The store is not a Bunnings and would have taken him less than 2 minutes to check and come back to let me know. Instead

I had a flat tyre in the carpark and called NRMA to be told there would be a 4 hour wait. I went in to super cheap auto to purchase a Jack to try to change the tyre myself. I was worried as not changed a tyre previously. The sales assistant Lonnie was so helpful. After finishing his shift he came outside and changed the tyre for me. This was on a very hot day with a stubborn wheel nut. He kept a smile on his face despite how difficult it was. If more people in the world were like Lonnie, the world would be a better place. Well done super cheap for hiring such a nice employee. He is an asset to your business.

Fantastic service from Ken and the team. Came in today to do a warranty claim for my battery. Staffs have been very helpful, tested the battery and even replaced it on the spot. Top notch customer service! Ken and the team are absolute legends. Keep it up

They should modify their website. Been to Campbelltown branch today to get my parking lights fitted. But they told me that they cannot provide that on site service and ask me to fit it by myself with the help of google. Their service is not welcoming.And I requested battery check up since my battery drained up completely month ago. The service person said that the battery check up is not necessary since the car runs without a problem. My impression about them was that they do not want to work/help customers at all.

Truthfully very disappointed I wanted oil so checked price on shelf it was 39 dollars checkout was around 60 so pointed out discrepancy it was altered then l wanted wiper blades I was told to check on tablet to find the right ones. I'm not thick but l found it difficult so l left with the oil no blades

They staff had no idea about the functions and installation of most of the car stereos in stock. The guys at Autobarn really know their stuff and answered every question I had comprehensively so sorry but for this major purchase I chose Autobarn.
