I have just purchased an 2010 FJR1300A sight unseen from this dealership. Sight unseen was necessary as I am a long way from Gosford. This motorcycle was described as being in spotless and unmarked condition with one very careful previous owner. When I received the motorcycle its condition was magnificent and it lived up in every way to the dealer's description. I am incredibly happy with the bike and am grateful to the dealership for a very smooth and pleasant transaction.

Wow the definition of quality and old fashioned service.My bike was out of registration and needed work as well as an RTA inspection. I live in Sydney whist my bike lives on the Central Coast. The shop owner was only too happy to take care of all the aspects of getting my bike back on the road. This saved me a huge hassle and I was happy to pay for such over and above service.Would highly recommend to anyone who values great service.

I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. After googling and calling several workshops with no luck or help, I managed to get through to Phil. He immediately arranged a tow and my bike was back on the road the very next day.Excellent service, honest, and very reasonably priced.I’ll be getting my bike serviced with Phil from now onWould highly recommend

What a great experience it is to deal with Phil from CCM.It makes such a difference dealing with the proprieter and not just a salesperson.No pressure, just good old fashioned SERVICE and advice .Best selection of helmets and riding gear on the Coast, gloves, boots, the lot. If only I had checked CCM out before wasting time travelling to Cabramatta to Helmet Warehouse.If Phil doesn't have it in your size, he will get it in.I am new to Motorcycling so having Phil's years of experience is a real bonus. I'll be back!!!

I was having some (what I consiodered to be) major issues with the running of my bike however on first contact the guys there made me feel confident they would be able to resolve them, which they did. I found Simon, Phil and Trent to be friendly, courteous, professional and very respectful of the issues I was experiencing. Highly recommend.

Nice and friendly approach in dealing with customers, more than generous in their approach to taking bikes for a test ride. Phil knowing I never rode a scooter before started me off on a smaller model. Then as I become more confident let me take the bigger one for a test run. I found Phil out of previous dealers in Sydney the most approachable.

Phil Mellis took the time to serve me personally and chat.It reminded me of Padgett's of Batterly in the UK.Almost lost in a time warp but what great experiences.Stock levels ate high but may take a little while to locate.Upstairs is a treasure trove of clothing,helmets,luggage especially the soft type.Lots of tyres and oils carried also.Lots of very interesting bikes interposed with current models.Interesting assortment of consignment stock often the unusual eg brand new never registered MV Agusta.Lots of LAMS approved bikes both new and secondhand.Workshop plus lots of advice on offer.Worth looking at is Phil's ex racing Yamaha's.
