Fantastic screens and service thanks Steve and Kieran from AAA security for the wonderful job you did on installing Prowler Proof security screens and performing a Christmas miracle by getting them in before Christmas as promised.They look so much better than the old ones. The twenty year old door frames are performing like new. The new security doors are all sliding much more freely and the extra bolts on the double sliding doors make them much more secure.Definitely will be recommending you to friends and family.

We had a screen door fitted which has an Austral Lock. For some reason this lock only works in cold weather and as soon as temp goes up it will not lock. I would not buy their screen doors for this reason.

Rang on Monday 13th Feb for a quote, gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Appointment was for today Wednesday between 2pm & 3pm. A very rude man rang me approximately 1.50pm - asked what I wanted - explained what I needed - this guy gave a huge sigh and very rudely told me that there was no way he could do it for at least 5 weeks. Very bad customer service speaking to someone like that - no apologies just plain rude! Even though my job was only small compared to other jobs - it's still money! I had actually given their number to my Dad and Aunt who are having homes built - just rang them and told them to forget this mob. Wouldn't recommend them at all. This is also going on FB. Absolutely disgusting obviously they don't need or want the work!!!

Was very disappointed in the way they handled the fact that 2 window screens were done and covered the whole window making my granny flat unsafe if there were to be a firer and when I called to say this was not what I asked for was told yes it was and if you want it fixed, I’d need to pay for it. The guy on the phone was rude when making the appointments. The screen door i got done was fine. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

AA Security & Screens are great at Supplying and Installing Windows and Screens Doors in Brisbane. We have used their services couple of time and they have given us no chance to complaint.
