I didnt need to use their services because when i called with questions on if they did call out services on a washing machine that had pump issues. The lovely lady i spoke with simply directed me as to how i can find and clear the filter as it sounds like a blockage and sure enof i did everything she told me and boom the washer is back in action i can not thank her enof wow what awesome customer service.

Ningi Appliance Repairs
Our very old (but still serviceable) stove had a failed element. Shannon diagnosed the problem, and Maree put in a lot of effort to locate the rare parts needed, which Shannon then installed. The alternative for us was to buy a new and expensive stove. We could not be happier with the professional and friendly service we received from Ningi Appliance Repairs, and will definately use them again.

Disgustingly rude customer service.The representive on the phone had no respect in the way they spoke and when having to cancel the appointment due to the machine now working again the representive became extremely hostile towards us.

Ningi Appliance Repairs
Made an appointment for my washing machine to be fixed. The woman on the phone sounded unorganized. They were supposed to turn up Monday at 3, no show and not even a phone call, stayed at home waiting. Not good business.
