We had a reverse cycle aircon system installed last week. Very pleased with the whole experience and outcome. The team was very professional with great communication throughout the entire process. I had a Panasonic ducted reverse cycle unit installed today through Ambience Air Joondalup , from the beginning with Shaun Rice quoting me through to the staff at Joondalup (Renae Martin ) then with the installers Dave & Aida through to the electrical team GMG Electrical, (Sheldon,Ryan & Kane) what a great team, from beginning to end, if anyone is wanting air conditioning, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We found Ambience Air to be an excellent company to deal with. They communicated well and kept to the assigned time.The installer - Craig - was excellent and he care with the old ceilings was appreciated. He also took care not to damage the wooden floor boards (plaster debris etc). We have selected Ambience Air to install our two Panasonic NANOE TMX Air Conditioning units.The Sales Manager Mike Munro was very professional and very helpful towards identifying the two systems that met our needs.The installation Team of Shane, Oliver, Spencer and Brian were also very professional, kept us informed all through the installation process and nothing was too much for them.Overall, our experience with Ambience Air was very good and we would not hesitate to recommend them.Peter and Stella Constantinou

Awful experience. We were quoted a 2 day install with delivery of product the day prior. The job blew out to a 5 day install over a period of 3 weeks.The ducted system never generated the air flow that was designed.All the work was sub contracted so we had to personally continuously reach out to the sub contractor to keep booking in dates and times to complete the job.The installed damaged out gutters with their ladder and still have not repaired and ambience air won’t assist us or help. The completed product does not heat/ cool one of the rooms quoted to be ventilated.Would not recommend using this service- our damage concern with ambience is still ongoing. We call every 2 weeks and they forget who we are and openly display they don’t care.Very disappointing. We paid for a product and had their assurance but got delivered something far sub standard.
