Had a wonderful experience at Four Paws Vet's in Neutral Bay. All staff including the Dr, Victoria were a Blessing. So Very kind and encouraging, I highly recommend them for all your Pet needs.

Friendly and we able to quickly identify my puppy’s skin issue. Also was quick and easy to book in.

Always excellent service. Vets are very thorough and detailed, and explain any issues or matters very clearly. As happy as a pup can be visiting a vet and loves the treat he gets on arrival and farewell.

Dr Hamish is very good and helpful. He successfully diagnosed my cat Ari has a rare disease and provided the correct medication which I need to give my cat for the rest of his life. Dr Hamish really cares about animals and helped me find a more cost effective option for the ongoing treatment my cat needs. I love my cat very much and want to keep him alive and I’m grateful to Dr Hamish for his help.

They are just great. Everyone is really caring and extremely helpful. I no longer live in Neutral Bay but still take my 2 pets there. If you want the best, it's worth the drive!

if you love your pet, stay a way from this vet !I fell compelled to warn fellow pet owners after experiencing an appalling level of service at this vet clinic, where i have been a client for many years.Our beloved dog ingested a foreign object, which initially passed a life threatening situation addressed by north ryde emergency hospital.They diagnosed my and advised us to keep him hungry and follow up with an X ray and further treatment at our local vet.Later we visited Four Pawys Vet. They claimed their X- Rat schedule was full but booked us for the next day. We complied keeping our dog hungry in preparation for the procedure..However, upon our return then receptionist welcomed us early in the morning and informed us about the planned procedure and the treatment for our dog.After conferring with the vet, the receptionist informed us that they suddenly had no X - ray or ultrasound facilities available .We were bluntly directed to take our pet to North Shore Vet hospital instead. This stark inconsistency and lack of concern during a critical health crisis left us both astounded and helpless.It appears this clinic is more interested in shooing awayinconvenient" cases than in providing compassionate

They fixed my Staffy Jake's infected paw very quickly and professionally. He was very scared and Fiona handled him perfectly. They also have some nice blankets and beds next door.
