One staff member was lovely but one was quite rude, never really understand why people who don't like people work in retail.The shop prices were all over the place, some things were good value and others well overpriced, it balances out in the end

Refused return / exchange of new, unused but unsuitable pet product with tags. No obvious sign of this policy at point of sale or alternatives offered.I'd rather buy online next time, thanks for trying.
