I Chose the BEST COMPANY for our new solar system, I had multiple quotes and the reason I chose Boosted Energy was that BRYN gave great advice and had good knowledge to share. Even after I had signed off on a deal and then received another quote for another system he was willing to match it though we decided to stay with what we originally chose because of the quality. Excellent customer service and the installers were also very efficient indeed.I truly recommend BOOSTED SOLAR so give BRYN a call for an informative conversation, no pressure selling either.We got the Growatt Inverter and the quality tier one SERAPHIN Panels.

Overall had a good experience. Installers were a bunch of good people who worked their butts off to get the job done the second day of install. Boosted does use contractors (which I was informed they didn't) which is no real issue just some information for others.Installation was great and tidy, I have had a friend who is in the business who looked it over and he said it was done well.I live northern sunshine coast so it was a big drive for them for the 2 days it took to install. Brett in sales did an awesome job getting me the best price I had been quoted and his enthusiasm for being the best price is what really sold me.I have had some issue with grid overvoltage shutting down my inverters, which I spoke to the manager about he put a request through to Energex who came and turned the grid voltage down to no avail, tried to get something else done through Boosted and now no reply. It's a little bit sad because everything up to that point was really good. Energex did say that the installers are supposed to check the grid voltage to ensure it doesn't happen but yeah, that's been my only concern and reason for 3 stars

Spent weeks navigating my way through reviews and quotes of different solar companies and decided to go with boosted energy. Local company with competitive pricing and great service. Installation went well give them a go!

Strangely I posted a review about this company and it was taken down.I booked a installation and was quoted a price. I immediately left a deposit and organised a installation date. I organised to have the installation on one of my annual leave days ( as its a full day procedure). On the day of installation, I received a call (after the installers were suppose to arrive) stating the job couldn't be done due to a sick staff. I followed up to see when they could install on another day and was then told the quoted price was under-valued. So they were cancelling the job. It took 2 weeks to receive back my deposit ( after numerous phone calls and emails).reply on 25.11.19 - thanks for the message management". The $800 was a fabricated amount. I don't know where you pulled this number from as I never heard about that..Yes

Pretty below average experience overall. The installers split the installation and installed one section in the shade. They had to return to move it into the sun only after asking me the customer where I would like it moved to...seriously funny. Answering emails also took some effort, my last email was partially answered, so I ended up calling Energex directly and resolved with them. Overall not the best after sales service experience and I used them based on the reviews which were all good, maybe I was just the odd one, not or maybe their mates write the reviews as in practice they are at best 2 star operators. Some months later I am trying to talk to someone on an issue, they don't respond to emails, nor return phone calls and their 1300 number no longer works. Stay clear of these Cowboys!!!!

This company is amazingly professional, fast and efficient. I had nothing but positive experience from the day one. Solar system was on my roof the day after I paid deposit. All together it took 3 working days! Not to mention that the price was cheaper then the competitors. The solar expert Almir was exceptionally polite and answered all my questions with patience. I will recommend Almir, all electrical team and the whole Boosted energy company to all my friends and family. Thank you all.

We originally installed a system, 5kw Inverter with 5kw Panels (was max allowed when we installed in 2016) and now we want to upgrade to try get the most out of the system and decrease bills further).I don't know why more people aren't doing this (upgrading old systems / adding more).Turnaround from quote (3rd of June 2020) to Installed Today (11th June 2020) - Talk about service!All installed and the new system (6.6kw) is more productive than the old (5kw - all north), even with the south east facing panels (surprise surprise!).Smart meter installed to ensure output limit. I'm so glad I took the plunge, even with nay-sayers and scepticism - and the Boosted Team handled my queries and concerns at every point, from meter box to energex queries.And down the road, they reassured me, if I do want battery, will be easy enough with an en-phase AC to AC battery system, no inverter required!The team were really professional and knowledgeable (Boosted Energy, Helensvale) – Considering 1h 20 min drive for them too to my property, can't speak highly enough of the entire team from sales to installers.Professional, quality, hard working team.Thanks so much again.

My recent enquiring as to extend my current solar system I was informed that there was no financial gain in doing so. Boosted Energy's total honesty was greatly appreciated . Most Companies are only out to make a dollar. Thanks for your genuineness.

Extremely happy with the job these guys did installing my solar. The sales team wasn't pushy and the install was neat and professional.Only annoying thing was they were already advertising the system I signed up to install for cheaper than what I signed for before the install was even done (about $350 cheaper). Always the way I guess.

Customer service after sales and install poor. Requests for assistance and information ignored. After better research I found panels should have been placed in better positions and a better inverter choice for my 3 phase house should have been suggestedNever again
