Absolutely disgusting Doctor. My client recently went for an assessment as he has been trying to get a psychiatrist appointment for support under the NDIS and get extra help for his anxiety disorder and Dr Don spoke to him for maybe 40 mins...with reception going in and out and could barely hear him...after this the Dr decided to send a letter to my clients doctor saying to cease his anti anxiety medications which he has been on for 6 years. My client is beside himself, his anxiety is now extremely exacerbated. This is horrific behaviour! I can't believe this is even allowed. He also said he didn't diagnose him with ADHD even though my client was diagnosed with this over 10 years ago so he may lose this medication now too! It is also extremely dangerous to suddenly cut people of their medication.

There is no information retention within the administration department at OPTIMIND, it almost seems as if they delete any email they receive. They demand payments from me personally despite the fact I went through the process to setup my payments through my families TAC claim (using their own form mind you!). They lost access" to those files apparently and the person originally setting me up "forgot to do the TAC payment portal".I have personally had a case worker from a Victims assistance programs aiding me in this.. yet OPTIMIND also "lost" her email. My case worker has gone so far as to organise extra funds from her own program to get this payed quick so this can all end because theyre doggedly pursuing me with phone calls!THEY CALLED ME 5 MONTHS LATER DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR TWO CONSULTS THAT HAD BEEN PAYED. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR OPTIMIND. THEY HAD LOST ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDENCES ONCE AGAIN."

Honestly worst experience with a psychiatrist I’ve ever had. The lack of concern Jeremy has for his patients is concerning in itself. Would recommend treatments that would benefit his practice as he rents the rooms out to them. If you’re ever in a crisis don’t even bother trying to reach out to him as you won’t get a response.
