I was lucky enough to receive a deep tissue massage from Anaiya. She provided such a warm and safe atmosphere, it was so easy to relax and get the full benefits of her massage. If you have the opportunity, definitely do not pass it up. It's probably the best deep-tissue massage I've ever had.

Stayed with Anaiya for a weekend escape. Was a shame to leave as we didn't have enough time to experience everything she had to offer. Room was lovely, well appointed with its own bathroom and private entry. I had a rejuvenating and relaxing ayurveda massage . Also tried our hand at some clay work in her private pottery space. Will definitely go back to experience the yoga on offer and another lovely massage. Location backs onto the golf course in Ocean Shores which makes a very peaceful setting.

Anaiya is amazing at holding space, taking time and being there for you. She listens and show you what just you need. So much more than just" a massage. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to do something positive for themselves!"

My daughters and I spent a weekend at Ritual_pause and it was absolute bliss, such a beautiful, peaceful setting, lovely rooms and amenities, we could just feel our stress evaporate the moment we arrived. Anaiya is a wonderful host and definitely knows her stuff, be it yoga, pottery, cbd, massage, Ayurveda and all forms of wellness. She is a wealth of knowledge, compassion and inspiring energy. The cbd immersion baths are incredible, relaxation on another level. Waking up to the view over the golf course in the mornings is just stunning. We’re already planning our next trip and can’t wait to include a pottery session as well. ☮️

My husband and I had an amazing massage from Anaiya. Her technique was incredibly relaxing and the oils used had us both sleeping very well after the massage. Anaiya was also very accommodating in fitting us in as we were only in town for a short while. Overall, loved the massage and will be doing ayurvedic work with her in the future too!
