Thank you Michelle for sorting out a misunderstanding that could have spoilt the last couple of days in our holiday rental.Builder planned to spend our last full day noisily preparing for renovations before making an early start on the work before we checked out on the last day. Wasn't going to be a pleasant end to a lovely holiday, particularly for our toddler granddaughter.I contacted Michelle and she promptly spoke to the owner and builder, before calling me back to confirm work wouldn't start until after our departure. Appreciated the good customer service.

John has great communication skills that help facilitate our property purchase.John was very helpful to us as buyers. He was able to supply information that enabled us to put forward an offer and buy our house. John was quick to reply and arrange inspections working around our schedule. A clean apartment is was expected.

Such a disappointing agency. They put a tenant in that essentially squatted in my house without paying rent for months. Once the house was no longer up for rent the agency showed no interest in looking after my property. Then once they sold my house and got their commission they don't want to know you. Clearly in it for the $ and don't value quality customer service or respecting someone's home.

We purchased an investment property from Henzells. We continued using their services. They managed our property if that what you call it. I received calls every few weeks with pathetic annoying issues that any management company could resolve without annoying their client, such as: Tenant has weeds growing under outside decking and vines growing everywhere and something about wheelie bins. I explained this is the duty of the tenant to up keep the appearance of the property, well we inspected this physically. Then, a call explaining the previous owner is going to stop paying electric bills as there is a 3rd meter in the meter box, we again inspected the issue, I isolated the switch and it was for the tenants property… why do I have to go there and check these and other menial tasks when Henzells is across the road and they collect their commission each month??Well, the last issue broke the straw on the camels back. Henzells renegotiated the current tenants lease. They managed the property for years, obviously without instructing the previous vendor that the tenant should be paying all outgoings, which the current tenant hadn’t done, (that’s unbelievable!!) we adjusted the current tenants rental to current prices per square meter and Henzells slap me $4k, that’s even more unbelievable. Yep, they pointed this out in the contract which we were not aware of. I believe they should have made me aware of this either before negotiations or during, as I am sure many others would miss this in the many pages of a contract.I am fully aware of contacts as a Telstra dealer we had enough clauses in a contract that consumers are not aware of, however we would point out clauses that would hit a customer in the hip pocket. We have changed to Ray White and Rian was completely flabbergasted Henzells charged this, I checked Rian’s contract and they did not have Henzells commission and Rian said he would never have done this. Well I hope Paul Bell received a nice pay check from Mr Henzell for his deed

Not a great experiance wanting to rent a house , handed all my paperwork to the realestate and they said it was rejected by the owner , they never sent the paperwork to the owner as i set it in away i would know if it was even looked at and no it was even not read and was not informed of anything at all , very unproffesional

Honestly the best company to rent through. We had some personal issues occur during our tenancy and they were always there to help. Great communication. Michelle is the most professional and caring person and we appreciate everything she has done for us!
