Carpet Junction & Beds R Us Margate

My husband and I recently renovated our home and went to the Carpet Junction team for our flooring. We couldn’t recommend Jane, Stephen and the team more!! Fantastic, friendly and reliable service plus huge range of quality flooring!!

We have always purchased carpets from here, for our own house and investment properties, to support a local business. While we are happy with the quality of the carpet, we are not impressed with the installation in the last few years. The carpet came off and there are ripples on the carpet. When we asked them to fix it, they said it's outside of the warranty period and we have to pay for it. We shouldn't have to pay for dodgy workmanship., very disappointing.

Great knowledge and service. They listen to your requirements and want to sell you the best product for your needs, not just what is best for their pockets, unlike chain flooring stores. We had quotes from both and the chain store was double for exactly the same products!!!!

I'm going to echo the sentiments of Suk Maan Kong - The quality of the products (we've bought several things) has been great, the staff are helpful and willing to 'go the extra mile' but the carpet installation wasn't done well.From the owners response to Suk and my conversations with Carpet Junction it seems their installers are always months and months behind. I would not be surprised if the pressure this places on them encourages cutting corners (and does not encourage finding time to do warranty work) - but I am speculating.Carpet Junction were able to help us get it fixed up within the warranty period so our experience is better in that regard, something we very much appreciate.Summary: Definitely recommend the products and helpful staff ; only concerned about installation issues.

Carpet Junction supplied us a house lot of carpet. Fantastic service and an even better install. 5 stars all round.

Also not happy with installation. My girlfriend, Nicole, wanted me to write a review on her behalf. She had the carpet installed in September 2020 and by December 2021, the carpet was showing ripples which meant it was not stretched properly during the installation. She is very disappointed with the response that they only guarantee their installer's work for 12 months! She is happy with the carpet itself though so hence the 2 star rating.

Fantastic customer service from Steve and the whole team of friendly helpful staff at Carpet Junction. Solved a few out of the ordinary issues and provided great advice. Installation services were amazing too. I'm very happy with my new floor boards and carpet. Highly recommend

I did buy a cheaper carpet, as was the only one available in colour I wanted, which at the time was a beige.It was the worst thing I have EVER purchased from anywhere, and being in my 70's is a lot of buying!I had the rude manager down only weeks after installation as BIG problems, also had their contracted carpet layers down the owner knew there was problems, a parting comment as he walked out the door, when I said who is going to put this right?..... he said, , well guess its either money outa my pocket or yours!I had in good faith purchased whole house up/downstairs. The stress made me so sick, I gave up. So guess the loss came out of my pocket.I can only say where ever you go for carpet, dont go to this place, in my opinion.
