The guy that works and owns the shop is a rude and miserable person.HE seems to think he owns the shopping centre and seems to think he knows the law.WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T.You need to get a life and hire someone who knows how to treat customers and also who.knows how to smile.

Cheap customer service. The guy at the counter OMG his rudeness and attitude. I am sure all the five stars are from his friends. He will be bankruptcy soon. O man we are not there to sell product please improve you customer service. We are spending money and getting that rudeness, no thanks. Will never go there. Worse human i ever seen in my life.

My grandmother just wanted to check her lotto tickets. With the current covid regulations for businesses she has been signing in to these locations using the book that should be provided from the business for people who don’t have smart phones. The man who served her was so rude and refused to serve her, when she asked if she could sign in with the book he said “I can’t be bothered with that, you have to have a phone” This is a 65 year old woman who is just trying to follow the rules that are in place and to be given a foul attitude for doing the right thing is disgusting.
