Hubby had the mushroom pie - filled with heaps of lovely tasty mushrooms, big tasty chunky steak, and gravy. I had a pepper pie now that was a pepper pie - lots of chunks steak lovely gravy, and the pepper was spread out through the pie . In both pies, the steak melted in your mouth.We stopped on the way to Glen Innes and tried them, and on our way back home, we had to stop and have again. Also, we grabbed a sausage roll and apple turnover both great. Coffee is enjoyable.We would rate these pies way better than the Fernvale Bakery in Qld.Well done, Khai , family, and staff. Will definitely be calling in next time down this wayIt's definitely a must stop for pies and friend service.

Great food the Pies, sausage rolls, chocolate eclairs, (excellent) & the other members of the group who bought a coffee, all commented how good it was. I have also bought their Wholemeal bread from here previously, & it too was very nice fresh bread. So win win all round.Will stop again next trip.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how good this bakery is. I was greeted with smiling friendly faces.They made my coffee how I like it, the pie was excellent and the vanilla slice one of the nicest I've tasted and very fresh.Overall a wonderful experience
