Contradictory advice. Told boxes will arrive 28 June , but when i checked again the next day im told in another week. The online message station isnt manned properly, so cant get immediate responses in normal time. Not good service .

Poor service. Sent package box Oct 2022 and got stuck at China for a longggg time. Box arrived end of Jan 2023. Highly DO NOT recommend this business. No advice given nor notice it will be this SLOW.

I'm happy with the communication from Forex Cargo and the driver is very polite and helpful. I have been sending boxes to loved ones for quite a while and had no issues.

Terrible service, have been sending boxes with these people for several years now. The last box I sent was in the first week of October with kids Christmas presents in it. They assured me it was going straight into the container. 3 weeks later still not on the ship. I guess no presents for the kids this year! Use to be a good reliable service, now it's just about the buck. Will never send with them again.

First time to try send a box from Victoria based on friends recommendation. I was provided an agent whom when I was about to send the box said, not working with Forexworld anymore. (should have at least told us) Then I had to call the main office, and was provided another agent contact.Finally, box has been picked up. Today, marks 11th week since and it hasnt arrived yet. My husband's box whom was sent at the same time already arrived to their place 2 weeks ago. Their delivery advertisement doesn't really reflect on what it should be.I'm kinda disappointed and may not utilise the service in the future.

Lucky for me as I read the reviews and did not go ahead with sending my boxes as they keep changing pick up dates and time and leaves me very limited time. I was disappointed due to a very poor service which I thought they are good as it was recommended from one of the Filipino store in Brisbane, QLD. This would be my first and last with this company. I am providing this feedbacks so that you can improve and hoepfully it will not happen to other customers.Good luck mga brad and sistah

Overall experience is really excellent! First of all, the boxes are really really good quality. Very solid and u will never worry about it getting travelled for a long distance. Second, their customer service is very good. From the people helping you over the phone, to the person who picked up my boxes. Lastly, my boxes arrived to my family in a very good condition. They really handled it with good care. I will definitely use them again on my next balikbayan boxes. You guys will never regret with Forex !

If only I could give a zero rating, that’s how bad the service is! We sent our box middle of August, but it still hasn't arrived! Funny because we are flying to the Philippines on Dec 10, so I guess we'll come first before the box arrives. There is even no assurance that the box will arrive before Christmas. Such a shame!!!

Incredibly poor service sending to Phlippines. Shipment was still in Australia waiting a container one month after collection. Still hasn't arrived after 4 months. I'm going back to LBC because they're quicker and more reliable
